The Y.T. 3T Indexable T-Slot Cutter is a precision milling tool built for CNC machines that demand consistent groove widths and extended cutting life. Engineered for the CAPTO interface, its 35 mm saw diameter delivers stable, repeatable T-slot machining without frequent tool changes.
- 35 mm Saw Diameter: Sized specifically for precise T-slot machining with a consistent groove width across demanding operations.
- LNGT/UFO Insert Compatibility: Accepts standard UFO-style inserts with a 2.5 to 3 mm width, providing flexible edge usage and easy indexing.
- Tapered-Polygon Connection: A robust mechanical locking design ensures exact center positioning, minimizing runout during heavy cuts.
- CAPTO Shank Range: Available with six shank configurations covering the complete CAPTO lineup, each supporting up to 400 replaceable inserts.
- System Versatility: Part of a scalable platform encompassing nine cutter types and over 1,400 insert combinations for multi-station setups.
This indexable cutter replaces brittle HSS and welded tools to reduce machining time by up to 300% while maintaining strict tolerances. The optimized cutting geometry improves chip evacuation, which decreases heat buildup and extends both insert and tool body life. Quick insert changes through the tapered-polygon mechanism keep setup downtime low, allowing operators to maintain steady output across various workpiece materials. By consolidating tooling around a single interchangeable platform, workshops can lower inventory costs, streamline operator workflows, and achieve repeatable slot finishing on routine and complex CNC components.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
