Description
The VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) is a precision go/no-go thread gauge designed for UNC (STI) Helicoil installations. Right-hand, 2B class, No. 6 x 32, this gauge verifies that threads meet ANSI/ASME standards with reliable, hands-on validation.
- Standards compliance: Manufactured and assessed to ANSI/ASME thread systems, ensuring consistent tolerances across parts.
- Go/No-Go thread limit gauge: Combines go and no-go ends in one tool to efficiently confirm thread quality against the standard.
- Go end operation: The go end must screw into the thread cut into a part by hand, without excessive force.
- No-Go (scrap) end criterion: The no-go side must not be able to be screwed more than two turns into the cut thread.
- Scrap side marking: The scrap side is clearly identified with a red ring for quick visual checks.
- Size and configuration: Right-hand, 2B class, No. 6 x 32 UNC (STI) Helicoil gauge designed for UNC thread checks.
- Temperature reference: Reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20°C to ensure consistent measurements.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
