Description
The VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) UNC (STI) Heli Coil Gauge is a right-hand, go/no-go thread gauge designed to verify UNC 1/2 x 13 threads to ANSI/ASME standards, ideal for Helicoil insert applications.

The go end should thread into the part’s cut thread by hand with no excessive force to pass, while the scrap/no-go end must not thread in more than two turns under the same manual conditions. This dual-function gauge provides a fast, reliable check of thread quality, helping to prevent misfits and reduce production downtime. Its ANSI/ASME alignment and 3B specification ensure consistent results across maintenance and manufacturing tasks involving UNC 1/2 x 13 threads in Helicoil-related work.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
