Description
Precision, reliability, and everyday practicality come together in the VÖLKEL VCOIL Plug Gauge (GO). This UNC (STI) right‑hand GO gauge, sized 1-3/8 x 6 with class 3B, is designed for quality control teams and shops that require strict ANSI/ASME thread conformance.
- Go gauge type: GO plug gauge for UNC (STI) right‑hand threads.
- Size and tolerance: 1-3/8 in diameter, 6 TPI UNC, class 3B.
- Standards alignment: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread system standards; reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20°C.
- Calibration and traceability: Factory calibration certificate available on request; calibrated by an independent laboratory to DIN, ISO, and ANSI specifications using IAC thread scanners.
- Usage guideline: The GO gauge must screw into the thread cut in a part by hand without using excessive force; if it cannot, the thread does not meet the requested standard (scrap).
- Construction and orientation: Robust gauge with a precision-threaded end for repeatable GO checks; right‑hand thread orientation.
Using this GO gauge enables quick, repeatable go/no-go verification during setup and production, helping to reduce scrap and rework. The ANSI/ASME compliance, coupled with optional calibrated certificates, provides traceability for audits and supplier qualification, while the 20°C reference ensures consistent results across shifts and environments.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
