Description
The VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) UNC (STI) Right Hand is a precision thread gauge designed for testing UNC threads used with Heli Coil inserts. It combines go/no-go testing in a single instrument and is manufactured to ANSI/ASME thread standards with a 20°C reference condition.
- Go/No-Go Thread Plug Gauge: A single gauge that includes both go and no-go ends for quick, conclusive thread assessment.
- UNC (STI) Compatibility: Specifically designed for Unified National Coarse (STI) thread forms and insert applications.
- Right Hand: Configured for right-hand thread orientation to match standard production practices.
- 3B Class: Class 3B thread grade used for go/no-go acceptance testing.
- Size: 1 x 8
- Scrap-Side Marking: Scrap end is clearly marked with a red ring for immediate identification.
- ANSI/ASME Standards Compliance: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread standards.
- Temperature Reference: Reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20°C to ensure consistent measurements.
- Go End Operation: The go end must screw into the part’s thread by hand without excessive force.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
