Dormer Pramet A620 10.00 mm HSS-E STRAIGHT SHANK STAINLESS STEEL STUB DRILL X2.5D DIN 1897

The Dormer Pramet A620 HSS-E Straight Shank Stub Drill is built for reliable performance when drilling stainless steel and other hard materials. Crafted from HSS-E (high-speed steel with cobalt), it combines heat resistance with edge durability to power through tough workpieces with consistent results.

Its stub length adds rigidity to minimize deflection for precise, clean holes, even in tight spaces. Meeting DIN 1897 standards with a 2.5xD depth ratio, this drill is ideal for accuracy-driven tasks where access is limited and precision matters.

• HSS‑E cobalt alloy for durable cutting: The cobalt-infused steel maintains sharpness under heat, delivering steady performance through stainless steel and other challenging materials.
• Rigid stub design for precise holes: The shorter, stiffer body reduces deflection, helping you start and finish with consistent hole geometry and surface finish.
• DIN 1897 compliance with 2.5xD depth: Designed to standard dimensions, it enables efficient, controlled drilling in restricted work envelopes without sacrificing accuracy.

Choosing the Dormer Pramet A620 means selecting a dependable tool that supports fast, accurate hole production in demanding applications. The combination of durable HSS‑E material, rigid stub geometry, and compact depth rating helps minimize rework, shorten cycles, and deliver repeatable results you can trust from setup to completion.
