Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision solid carbide bar designed for full-radius grooving in tight spaces and reliable turning tasks. With a 7.1 mm minimum diameter and a 1.5 mm groove width, it delivers clean, consistent grooves on small-diameter workpieces while maintaining a compact profile for crowded setups. Built around the MKR-K20 Grade, this tool is ready for precision work across a range of materials.
This tool is available in two high-performance PVD-coated grades to match your application. The BXC grade uses TiN coating for stable cutting at lower speeds and pairs well with a wide range of stainless steels. The BMK grade features a sub-micron core with a triple PVD coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting, delivering reliable performance across many materials. Whether you’re grooving tight radii or performing general turning, this tiny tool is engineered for consistent results.
- Full-radius grooving and turning versatility: Specifically engineered for full-radius grooves, it also handles general turning, helping you complete more work without swapping tools or retooling.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
