The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide bar designed for precise full-radius grooving in turning applications. Available in two coating grades for different materials and speeds, the MKR K20 carbide tool offers flexibility to optimize performance across tasking jobs. BXC is a PVD TiN-coated grade engineered for low cutting speeds and broad stainless-steel compatibility (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40), providing smoother cuts and longer tool life. BMK is a sub-micron grade with advanced PVD triple coating, delivering exceptional heat resistance for demanding materials and a smooth, consistent cutting experience (ISO K10-K20). This combination lets you match the tool to your material and process without swapping hardware.
