Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool – Full Radius Grooving is a compact, solid carbide tool designed for precise full-radius grooves and general turning. With a 4.1 mm minimum diameter, a 1.5 mm groove width, and a 10 mm reach, it tackles tight pockets and small-diameter features with confidence.
- Full-radius grooving precision: Delivers clean, repeatable grooves in tight workpieces thanks to the precise geometry (4.1 mm min diameter, 1.5 mm groove width) and 10 mm reach, reducing rework and speeding setup.
- Coating-optimized durability: BXC TiN-coated grade provides smoother, cooler cutting at low speeds for stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); BMK sub-micron grade with triple PVD coating offers high heat resistance for reliable cuts across a wide range of materials.
- Compact, long-reach geometry: Slim, rigid carbide body with a 10 mm reach lets you access confined grooves and tight pockets without repositioning the tool, improving workflow on small-diameter parts.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
