The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide bar designed for precise full-radius grooving on small-diameter workpieces. Its left-hand 15 mm reach, 5.1 mm minimum diameter, and 1.5 mm groove width deliver consistent groove profiles in tight spaces, making it ideal for precision turning, micro-machining, and fixture-friendly setups.

In addition to grooving, this tool line is well-suited for general turning tasks. It uses a K20-grade carbide core and offers coated grades to match different materials and speeds. BXC TiN-coated variants are optimized for low cutting speeds and work well with stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). BMK-grade tools feature a sub-micron core with a triple PVD coating for very high heat resistance and a smooth cutting action.
