Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide tool designed for full-radius grooving and general turning. Its precise geometry and small form factor make it ideal for tight pockets and challenging radii in professional shops, engineering labs, or hobbyist setups. The MKR variant uses a K20-grade carbide with geometry optimized for full-radius grooves, featuring a 4.1 mm minimum diameter, 1 mm groove width, and a 10 mm reach to access deeper features.
This tool line offers two coating options to optimize performance across materials and speeds: BXC is a PVD TiN-coated grade engineered for low cutting speeds and works well with a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40), while BMK is a sub-micron grade with advanced PVD triple coating for maximum heat resistance and smooth cutting (ISO K10-K20). Together, these coatings provide enhanced wear resistance, reliability, and flexible performance in demanding applications.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
