VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) is a metric, right-hand go/no-go gauge designed for Helicoil inserts. Built to ANSI/ASME thread standards, it helps technicians verify M10 x 1.25 threads meet specification with a single inspection tool.

• Go/No-Go Thread Plug Gauge: A combined go and no-go gauge for internal threads; the go end must thread in by hand (without excessive force) and the scrap end should not thread in more than two turns. The scrap side is marked with a red ring for quick non-conformance identification.
• Metric Size & Tolerance: M10 x 1.25 with 4H tolerance, suitable for Helicoil insert applications and precise fit checks.
• Right-Hand Configuration: Specifically designed for right-hand thread inserts and corresponding mating parts.
