The VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) is a precision metric go/no-go gauge designed for right-hand M22 x 2.5 helicoil thread checks. Engineered to ANSI/ASME threading standards, it provides reliable, quick checks during installation, repair, and quality control.
- Go/No-Go end: Combined plug gauge with a go end that threads in by hand and a no-go end that should not thread in beyond the specified limit, helping you confirm exact conformity.
- ANSI/ASME compliance: Manufactured and assessed to the relevant American standards to ensure consistent thread quality across jobs.
- Metric STI thread system: Optimized for metric STI threads used in helicoil insert applications.
- Right-Hand orientation: Configured for right-hand thread checks to match standard installation practices.
- Size and tolerance: M22 x 2.5 with 4H tolerance class for precise go/no-go limits.
- Scrap-side marking: Scrap side is clearly identified with a red ring for immediate visual reference.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
