Description
VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) is a precision metric go/no-go thread gauge designed for right-hand M12 x 1.75 applications, built for Helicoil/HS insert compatibility. It’s manufactured and assessed to ANSI/ASME thread standards, with a clear scrap-end marking and a 20°C reference temperature for consistent measurements.
- Go/No-Go Gauge: A combined go and no-go plug gauge to verify thread acceptability—go end threads in by hand with normal force; no-go end must not thread in more than two turns.
- Metric Thread: M12 x 1.75 right-hand thread, suitable for metric Helicoil inserts and related assemblies.
- 4H Tolerance Class: Designed to test internal threads with 4H tolerance for reliable fit in precision hardware.
- ANSI/ASME Compliance: Engineered and inspected to relevant ANSI standards, ensuring consistent performance across parts.
- Scrap-End Marking: Scrap side clearly identified with a red ring for quick inspection and separation.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
