BaerCoil BSW thread inserts in 1-1/4" size are precision-engineered to restore and reinforce tapped holes in metal components. Crafted from stainless steel AISI 304, they deliver durable, corrosion‑resistant threads that stand up to wear, heat, and vibration in demanding environments.
- Thread size: BSW 1-1/4" with 7 threads per inch (7 TPI) for standard compatibility.
- Length: 1.5 × D, providing approximately 1.875" (47.6 mm) of engagement for secure installation.
- Material: Austenitic stainless steel (AISI 304) offering strong corrosion resistance and reliable strength.
- Cross-section: Rhombic profile formed by cold-form swaging to maximize thread contact and space efficiency.
- Tensile strength: Minimum 1400 N/mm², supporting robust load transfer in service.
