The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide boring bar designed for precise small-diameter work. Built for boring and reliable light turning, it excels in tight spaces and delivers steady performance across a range of materials.
This MTL tool is offered in BMK Grade with a sub-micron carbide and advanced PVD coating for high heat resistance and smooth cutting. It’s optimized for demanding cuts and long tool life, while the BXC TiN-coated grade is available for low-speed applications. The tool features a 2.1 mm minimum diameter, 10 mm reach, and a left-hand orientation with an R0.05 corner radius, making it well-suited for stainless steels and general-purpose machining.
- Slim geometry for tight bores: 2.1 mm minimum diameter and 10 mm reach enable access to restricted pockets and precise bore finishes in a single setup.
