Dormer Pramet A130 14.90 mm HSS ST MORSE TAPER SHANK STANDARD LENGTH DRILL DIN 345

The Dormer Pramet A130 drill is a 14.90 mm diameter, standard-length drill with a Morse taper shank, designed for reliable general-purpose drilling in a range of materials. Built from premium HSS, it suits machine tools and drill presses alike, and complies with DIN 345 standards for consistent performance.

Key design features include an 118° conventional point (thinned) for a strong, easy-to-regrind tip, a steam oxide finish that reduces sticking and helps deliver cleaner holes, and a distinctive silver ring that signals genuine Dormer Pramet tooling and confirms the drill diameter at a glance.

• 118° point with thinning: Provides a sharp, durable tip that enters material smoothly and is easy to re-sharpen, helping maintain hole accuracy with less effort.
• Steam oxide finish: Minimizes built-up edge and stickiness, improving chip flow and extending tool life for consistent results across multiple cuts.
• Silver Ring authenticity and DIN 345 consistency: Quick diameter verification and proof of genuine Dormer Pramet quality, with a secure Morse taper shank for reliable mounting in compatible machines.

Designed to support efficient workflows, this drill delivers dependable performance across common metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Its durable HSS construction, re-sharpenable tip, and secure MT shank make it a practical, trustworthy choice for everyday drilling tasks, reducing downtime and helping you achieve repeatable, high-quality holes—time after time.
