Dormer Pramet A130 18.50 mm HSS ST MORSE TAPER SHANK STANDARD LENGTH DRILL DIN 345

The Dormer Pramet A130 18.50 mm HSS drill with Morse taper shank (DIN 345) is built for durability and precision in everyday drilling tasks. With a standard-length shank, it mounts directly in machine spindles and delivers reliable hole quality across a range of materials.

Its 118° conventional point (thinned) creates a strong, reusable tip that re-grinds easily for repeated use. The steam oxide finish helps keep workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge, while the patented Silver ring marks the drill diameter and authentic Dormer quality. This versatile drill handles steel, aluminium, and stainless steel efficiently when used in machine applications where the drill is held directly in the spindle.

• Re-sharpenable 118° point: The 118° conventional point (thinned) provides a strong starting edge that’s easy to re-grind, helping minimize downtime and maintain precision between tool changes.
• Steam oxide finish: Steam oxide finish reduces built-up edge and helps chips flow freely, improving cutting performance and prolonging edge life.
• Genuine Dormer with Silver ring: Patented Silver ring confirms authentic Dormer tooling and clearly marks the drill diameter for quick identification in busy workshops.

This drill combines robust HSS with a proven geometry to deliver consistent starts, clean holes, and dependable performance across common materials. The Morse taper DIN 345 shank ensures secure, vibration-free mounting in compatible machines, while the 18.50 mm diameter supports a wide range of hole sizes. By reducing setup time, minimizing wandering, and extending tool life, it helps you complete projects faster with confidence.
