Dormer Pramet A130 28.50 mm HSS ST MORSE TAPER SHANK STANDARD LENGTH DRILL DIN 345

The Dormer Pramet A130 28.50 mm HSS MORSE TAPER SHANK STANDARD LENGTH DRILL (DIN 345) is a versatile high-speed steel drill designed for reliable drilling across a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. With a Morse taper shank and DIN 345 standard length, it is built for direct spindle mounting in compatible machines, delivering consistent alignment and quick tool changes.

It features an 118° conventional point (point thinned) for a strong, re-grindable cutting edge, a steam oxide finish that reduces sticking and promotes clean holes, and a patented Silver Ring that proves genuine Dormer quality and diameter accuracy.

• 118° point (thinned): A robust cutting edge that stays sharp longer and is easy to re-sharpen, ensuring fast starts and consistent hole quality.
• Steam oxide finish: Reduces sticking of workpiece material to the cutting edge and improves chip flow for cleaner holes and smoother drilling.
• Patented Silver Ring: Verifies genuine Dormer quality and diameter, helping you avoid mismatches in busy production environments.

Designed for durability and reliability, this drill delivers consistent performance across steels, aluminium, and stainless steel thanks to premium HSS material and robust geometry. The Morse taper shank enables direct spindle mounting, reducing setup time and minimizing runout, while the combination of a strong cutting edge, anti-stick finish, and diameter authentication supports precise hole sizes, smooth finishes, and fewer re-drills—boosting productivity and confidence on every job.
