Dormer Pramet A130 46.00 mm HSS ST MORSE TAPER SHANK STANDARD LENGTH DRILL DIN 345

The Dormer Pramet A130 46.00 mm HSS drill is a standard-length drill with a Morse taper shank, designed for direct mounting in machine spindles. With a 46 mm diameter and DIN 345 compatibility, it delivers reliable performance across a range of metals and is a practical choice for engineers, machinists, and fabricators working in steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.

This drill combines a robust 118-degree conventional point (thinned for strength and easy re-grinding) with a steam-oxide finish that helps prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge. The patented Silver ring provides clear proof of genuine Dormer quality and quick diameter identification, ensuring you’re always using the right tool for the job.

• 118° conventional point (point thinned): Delivers a strong, self-starting tip that stays sharper longer and is easy to re-sharpen for repeated use.
• Steam oxide finish: Reduces material sticking to the edge and improves chip flow for smoother, more consistent drilling.
• Premium HSS material: Enables reliable drilling across a broad range of materials, including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel, making it a versatile tool for many applications.

This drill is built to keep production moving with dependable hole quality, straightforward setup, and clear tool identification — helping you reduce downtime, simplify tool management, and achieve consistent results across diverse projects.
