Dormer Pramet A130 17.50 mm HSS ST MORSE TAPER SHANK STANDARD LENGTH DRILL DIN 345

The Dormer Pramet A130 17.50 mm HSS Morse Taper Shank Standard Length Drill is a robust, general‑purpose drilling solution designed for machines that hold the tool directly in the spindle. With a DIN 345 compatible Morse taper shank and a standard length body, it fits a wide range of milling and drilling setups. Crafted from premium HSS, it delivers reliable performance drilling steels, aluminium, and stainless steels with consistent results.

The 118-degree conventional point (thinned) provides a strong, self‑centering cutting edge that stays sharp and is easy to re‑grind, helping you maintain hole accuracy between sharpenings. The steam oxide finish minimizes built‑up edge by reducing material sticking to the cutting edge, extending tool life and improving chip flow. A patented Silver ring marks genuine Dormer manufacture and gives a clear indication of the drill diameter at a glance.

• 118° point with thinning: Delivers a strong, self-centering cutting edge that stays sharp longer and is easy to re-sharpen, improving hole accuracy and reducing downtime.
• Steam oxide finish for reduced sticking: Helps prevent material from sticking to the edge, delivering smoother cuts and longer tool life across common metals.
• Patented Silver ring for authenticity and diameter visibility: Confirms you’re using a genuine Dormer tool and provides quick diameter identification for faster, error-free setup.

This drill offers dependable, versatile performance for everyday metalworking tasks, supporting efficient workflows in workshops and job shops alike. Its durable HSS construction, clear diameter identification, and compatibility with DIN 345 Morse‑taper spindles help you complete projects with consistent results and minimal interruptions.
