Dormer Pramet A130 27.50 mm HSS ST MORSE TAPER SHANK STANDARD LENGTH DRILL DIN 345

The Dormer Pramet A130 is a 27.50 mm diameter HSS drill with a Morse taper shank and standard-length body (DIN 345). Built for machine tools and spindle-mounted drilling, it’s a versatile choice for engineers, buyers, tradespeople, hobbyists, and non-technical customers who need reliable, repeatable holes in steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.

Its 118-degree conventional point is thinned for a strong starting edge and easy regrind, while the steam oxide finish helps prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge. The patented Silver Ring provides immediate proof of genuine Dormer quality and clearly indicates the drill diameter, so you can trust every tool in your kit.

• Regrindable 118° point: Provides a strong point that is easy to re-sharpen, helping maintain accuracy and extend tool life between sharpenings.
• Steam oxide finish: Prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge, enabling cleaner holes and smoother cutting across a range of metals.
• Patented Silver Ring for authenticity and diameter indication: Confirms genuine Dormer quality and clearly displays the drill diameter, giving you confidence in fit and traceability.

With premium HSS and a robust Morse-taper shank, this drill delivers reliable performance in spindle-driven machines, supporting fast setup, consistent hole quality, and long-term durability across steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. The combination of a re-sharpenable point, anti-stick finish, and clear diameter verification helps reduce downtime, improve accuracy, and streamline tool management for everyday production and more demanding projects alike.
