Description
Precision thread gauge for UNF (1/2 x 20) right-hand threads, designed for Helicoil installations and quality control. The VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) complies with ANSI/ASME threading standards and provides a clear go/no-go assessment in a compact, hand-friendly tool.
- Thread specification: UNF (STI), 1/2 x 20, Right Hand, 2B tolerance, tailored for Helicoil gauge checks.
- Go/No-Go design: A combined go end (hand-screws into the thread) and no-go/scrap end; scrap side marked with a red ring for quick identification.
- Verification criteria: Go end must thread in by hand with no excessive force; scrap end must not thread in more than two manual turns without excessive force.
- Standards & temperature reference: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread standards; reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20° Celsius.
- Grip & construction: Knurled body provides secure handling and consistent performance during repeat checks.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
