Achieve precise thread verification for UNF (STI) inserts with the VCOIL GO plug gauge. Tailored for right‑hand, 2B Helicoil applications at 1-1/2 x 12, it ensures reliable, on‑the‑spot checks of threaded parts.
- Gauge Type: GO thread plug gauge for UNF (STI) threads
- Thread Compatibility: Right‑hand, 1-1/2 x 12 UNF; 2B class tolerance
- Standards: Manufactured and assessed to ANSI/ASME thread systems
- Operation: Must screw into the thread cut into a part by hand (without excessive force)
- Calibration Service: Factory calibration certificate available on request (price on request); calibrated by an external lab to DIN, ISO, ANSI specifications using IAC thread scanners
- Reference Temperature: 20°C reference for parts and gauges

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
