Description
Precision thread verification for Helicoil inserts. The VCOIL Plug Gauge (NoGo) provides reliable go/no-go testing for UNF right-hand threads, designed for technicians, machinists, and quality inspectors who demand consistent thread quality.
- Go/No-Go design: A combined plug gauge with both go and no-go ends for quick, one-handed acceptance testing.
- Standards: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread system requirements.
- Thread form: UNF (STI) right-hand threads; size 1-1/2 x 12; 3B designation.
- Scrap-side marking: Red ring clearly identifies the scrap side for rapid inspection decisions.
- Operational guidance: Go end should screw into the thread cut by hand (without excessive force); No-Go end must not be manually turned more than two turns.
- Temperature reference: Reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20°C.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
