Description
The VCOIL Plug Gauge is a precision go/no-go gauge for UNF threads used in Helicoil inserts. Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread standards, it supports quick, reliable thread checks in repair and production environments.
- Thread type: UNF (STI), right-hand, 9/16 x 18 size
- End configuration: Go end and No-Go (scrap) end for complete thread acceptance testing
- Scrap-side marking: Red ring clearly indicates the scrap side
- Go/No-Go criteria: Go end must thread into the part by hand without excessive force; scrap end must not thread in more than two turns
- Tolerance class: 3B (internal thread tolerance)
- Standards compliance: ANSI/ASME thread system
- Grip/handling: Knurled body provides secure, tactile grip
- Reference temperature: Parts and gauges referenced at 20° Celsius

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
