The VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) is a precision UNF right-hand go/no-go gauge designed to verify No. 10 x 32 threads to ANSI/ASME standards. Built for reliable QA in manufacturing and maintenance, it provides quick, repeatable checks with a clear pass/fail result.
- Go/No-Go design: Combines a go end (hand-screws into the thread) and a no-go/scrap end (limits how far the scrap side can be turned into the cut thread).
- Thread type: UNF (Unified Fine) right-hand threads for accurate compatibility verification.
- Size: No. 10 x 32 with 3B tolerance class.
- Standards compliance: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI standards and the ASME thread system.
- Scrap marking: Scrap side is identified by a red ring for immediate visual confirmation.
- Construction details: Knurled, easy-grip body designed for precise handling and quick orientation.
- Temperature reference: Parts and gauges referenced at 20°C to ensure measurement consistency.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
