Description
VCOIL Plug Gauge (D/E) UNF (STI) Right Hand 2B 1 x 14 is a precision-thread gauge designed for Helicoil inserts and UNF threads. It combines go and no-go checks to verify thread accuracy against ANSI/ASME standards, ensuring parts meet exact specifications.
- Thread size and type: UNF (STI) 1 x 14, right-hand thread, suitable for Helicoil applications.
- Go/No-Go design: A thread limit plug gauge that includes a go end to be screwed into the test thread by hand (without excessive force) and a no-go end to confirm the thread cannot be turned more than two turns.
- Scrap indication: The scrap side is marked with a red ring for quick rejection decisions.
- Standards compliance: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread system requirements.
- Temperature reference: Reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20°C to ensure consistent measurements.
- Gauge class: 2B tolerance/class for reliable, standard-compliant thread checks.
The Go end should thread into the part by hand with minimal effort, while the No-Go end must not advance more than two turns when attempted. Designed for precise verification of UNF threads and Helicoil repairs, this gauge helps maintain consistent quality in threaded assemblies and reduces the risk of undersized or oversized threads in critical components at 20°C.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
