Description
The VCOIL GO plug gauge is a precision tool for verifying UNF (STI) right-hand threads used with Helicoil inserts. Designed for hands-on acceptance checks, it confirms the cut thread meets the required standard before assembly.
- Go gauge type: Screws into the thread cut by hand to verify acceptance criteria without applying excessive force.
- Thread specification: UNF (STI), right-hand, 1-1/2 x 12, 3B class.
- Standards compliance: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with ANSI/ASME thread standards.
- Calibration options: Factory calibration certificate available on request; calibrated by an independent measurement laboratory to DIN, ISO, and ANSI specifications using IAC thread scanners.
- Reference conditions: Reference temperature of 20°C for both parts and gauges.
- Brand and application: VÖLKEL Helicoil gauge optimized for Helicoil insert applications.
- Orientation: Right-hand gauge suitable for standard threading directions.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
