Widin Carbide Square End Mill For Mold & Die
4 Flute Variable (WME504)
A high-performance end mill designed for precision machining in mold and die applications. It offers a wide cutting diameter range from 0.8mm to 25.0mm, providing versatility for various machining tasks. With a tight cutting diameter tolerance of +0/-0.03mm, this end mill ensures precise and accurate cutting results. The variable index flutes, with a helix angle of 29° for the first flute and 31° for the second flute, contribute to increased tool life by reducing chatter vibrations and resonance during machining. Crafted with the finest raw materials, this end mill exhibits excellent wear resistance and superior machining capabilities. The W coating further enhances the tool's durability, resulting in a longer tool life and improved machining stability. The Widin Carbide Square End Mill with a variable index is especially suitable for mold and die machining below 55 HRc, as well as pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
