Widin Carbide Square End Mill for Mold & Die is a high-performance cutting tool designed for precision machining in mold and die applications. Built with carbide and a 4-flute variable-index geometry, this end mill delivers clean corners, accurate pockets, and consistent finishes across demanding tasks.
It provides a wide cutting diameter range from 0.8 mm to 25.0 mm and a tight diameter tolerance of +0/-0.03 mm, ensuring precise and repeatable results. The tool features a variable-index flute design with a 29° helix on the first flute and 31° on the second, reducing chatter and extending tool life. The robust W coating enhances durability and machining stability, making it well-suited for mold and die work below 55 HRc, as well as pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
