Designed for mold and die machining, the Widin Carbide Square End Mill delivers reliable, precise performance in a compact 5mm diameter. Built from high-quality carbide and finished with a protective coating, this end mill is ready for pocketing, slots, and contouring in demanding steels and alloys.
Its variable-index flute design uses distinct helix angles—29° for the first flute and 31° for the second—to reduce chatter, minimize vibration, and extend tool life. Coupled with a tight diameter tolerance of +0/-0.03mm, it delivers consistently accurate cuts for tight features and high-precision molds.
