- 4‑Flute variable‑index design with optimized helix: The varying flute indexes and distinct helix angles (29° on the first flute, 31° on the second) minimize vibration, improve stability, and extend tool life for smooth, accurate machining.
- Wide diameter range 0.8–25.0 mm: A single tool handles a spectrum of milling tasks from small pockets to larger cavities, reducing tool changes and increasing workflow efficiency.
- Coated carbide with tight tolerance: W coating delivers superior wear resistance and longer life, while a diameter tolerance of +0/−0.03 mm ensures precise, repeatable cuts in mold and die cavities and related steels.
