It covers a wide cutting diameter range from 0.8 mm to 25.0 mm, offers a tight diameter tolerance of +0/-0.03 mm, and features a wear-resistant W coating to deliver accurate cuts with lasting durability in demanding steels.
- Variable-index flutes with 29°/31° helix: Reduces chatter and resonance during cutting for smoother, more stable milling, which extends tool life and improves surface finish in mold-and-die work.
- Wide cutting diameter range 0.8–25.0 mm: Enables versatile task handling—from detailed cavities to larger contours—without needing to swap tools, increasing productivity and reducing setup time.
- W coating on carbide for durability: Enhances wear resistance and machining stability, delivering consistent results and longer tool life in hard steels and demanding alloys.
