This 4‑flute square‑end mill features a 14 mm shank and a broad cutting diameter range from 0.8 mm to 25.0 mm, giving you the flexibility to tackle slots, pockets, and profiling passes with a single tool.
Crafted for durability and consistent results, it uses premium carbide with a W coating to deliver longer tool life and stable performance. It’s well suited for mold and die materials below 55 HRc, including pre‑hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel, making it a reliable choice for shops that demand predictable, repeatable cuts.
- Wide cutting diameter range (0.8–25.0 mm): Enables a single tool to cover many operations, reducing tool changes while maintaining a tight diameter tolerance of +0/−0.03 mm for consistent slots, pockets, and profiles.
- Variable-index flutes with staggered helix (29°/31°): Minimizes chatter and resonance for smoother cutting, extending tool life and delivering more stable finishes on hard steels used in molds.
- W-coated carbide for durability: Enhances wear resistance and machining stability, helping you achieve reliable results and longer tool life in demanding mold and die applications.
