The 4-flute, variable-index design uses a 29° helix for the first flute and 31° for the second, reducing chatter and extending tool life. A robust W coating enhances wear resistance and machining stability, supporting mold and die work on materials below 55 HRc, including pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
