Description
The Widin Carbide Square End Mill is a high-performance cutting tool built for mold and die machining. It covers a cutting diameter range from 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm with a precise +0/-0.03 mm tolerance, enabling accurate, repeatable cuts across different workpieces.
With a 4-flute, variable-index design and helix angles of 29° and 31°, it reduces chatter and stabilizes cutting, while a specialized gash tooth profile helps prevent flute chipping for durable, reliable performance. Made from premium carbide and finished with the W coating, it delivers long wear life even in tough materials.

- Gash tooth design: Minimizes flute chipping to maintain geometry and delivering durable, dependable performance in demanding molds and dies.
