Description
The Widin Carbide Square End Mill is a high-performance cutting tool designed for mold and die machining. It covers a versatile cutting diameter range from 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm with a tight diameter tolerance of +0 / -0.03 mm, enabling precise pockets, slots, and profiles across a variety of workpieces.
With a four-flute variable index design and dual helix angles of 29° and 31°, this end mill minimizes chatter and vibration, delivering stable cuts and longer tool life in demanding materials. The gash tooth geometry helps prevent flute chipping for reliable performance, while a premium carbide base with a W coating boosts wear resistance. It handles materials below 55 HRc, including pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
