Engineered for reliability, the tool uses a variable-index 4-flute design with helix angles of 29° and 31° to reduce chatter and vibration, extending tool life and delivering smoother finishes. Its gash tooth shape helps prevent flute chipping under heavy loads, increasing durability in mold and die work. The W coating further enhances longevity, helping the end mill resist wear and maintain sharpness longer, while its capability to machine materials below 55 HRc, including pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel, makes it a versatile choice for a wide range of molds and dies.
