The Widin carbide square end mill is engineered for mold and die machining, delivering precise, stable cuts across a range of workpieces. With a cutting diameter range of 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm and a tight tolerance of +0/-0.03 mm, it supports fast setup and consistent results on demanding parts.
- Wide cutting range with tight tolerance: Cutting diameter range from 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm with a precise +0/-0.03 mm tolerance, enabling flexible use across many mold and die projects without swapping tools.
- 4-flute variable-index design for stability: Variable-index flutes with dual helix angles (29° and 31°) reduce chatter and resonance, delivering smoother cuts and longer tool life even in tough materials.
- Gash tooth design with W coating for durability: Gash tooth geometry resists flute chipping, while the carbide core and W coating maximize wear resistance to handle materials below 55 HRc, including pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel (WXE504).
This end mill helps you streamline mold and die workflows by delivering consistent cuts, extending tool life, and reducing downtime.
