Widin Carbide Square End Mill for Mold & Die is a high‑performance milling tool designed for demanding mold and die work. Its cutting diameter range spans 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm with a tight tolerance of +0/−0.03 mm, giving you precise results across different applications.
The tool uses variable index flutes with dual helix angles of 29° and 31°, which help reduce chatter and resonance, extending tool life and providing stable, consistent cuts. A gash tooth shape is incorporated to prevent flute chipping, enhancing durability and reliability. The W coating further boosts wear resistance and longevity, making it well suited for challenging mold and die operations on materials below 55 HRc, including pre‑hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
