The Widin Carbide Square End Mill for Mold & Die is a high-performance cutting tool designed to deliver precision and reliability in demanding mold and die machining. With a cutting diameter range from 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm and a diameter tolerance of +0/-0.03 mm, it provides adaptable performance across a wide range of workpiece sizes and tolerances.
Its 4-flute, variable-index design uses helix angles of 29° and 31° to reduce chatter and vibration, delivering smoother cuts and longer tool life. The gash tooth shape is engineered to prevent flute chipping, enhancing durability, while a W coating boosts wear resistance and longevity. Built to handle materials below 55 HRc as well as pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel, this end mill is a versatile choice for demanding mold and die applications.
