Description
The Widin Carbide Square End Mill for Mold & Die is a high-performance cutting tool engineered for precision mold and die machining. Its four-flute, variable-index design delivers stable, chatter-free cuts and extended tool life across demanding materials.
With a cutting diameter range of 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm and a diameter tolerance of +0/-0.03 mm, this end mill adapts to a wide variety of workpieces. The gash tooth shape helps prevent flute chipping, and the W coating boosts wear resistance and longevity, making it suitable for materials below 55 HRc as well as pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
- Variable-index four-flute design: Delivers smoother, more stable cutting with reduced chatter, extending tool life and improving surface finish across a range of steels.
- Wide diameter range with tight tolerance: 1.0–20.0 mm cutting diameter with +0/-0.03 mm accuracy, enabling flexible use on multiple mold and die operations without swapping tools.
