Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool for Threading is a compact, left‑hand threading bar designed for tight spaces. Its 60° partial‑profile geometry, 4.1 mm minimum diameter, and 17 mm reach deliver precise internal threads where access is limited, making it ideal for engineers, machinists, and hobbyists working in small bores. It supports bore sizes down to 1.2 mm, enabling reliable threading in a range of stainless steels and other metals.
- Partial-profile design for tight bores: Access internal threads in close quarters with a compact cutting geometry and extended reach, enabling accurate work in restricted spaces without sacrificing control.
- Dual coating grades for versatility: BXC Grade with PVD TiN coating is optimized for low cutting speeds and stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40), while BMK Grade adds sub-micron precision and triple PVD coating for broader material compatibility and improved edge life.
- High‑performance, reliable cutting: The combination of carbide hardness and advanced coatings delivers smooth cutting across materials, reduces wear, and supports consistent thread quality even under demanding conditions.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
