With a 4.1 mm minimum bore diameter and a 15 mm reach, this tool handles tight workpieces where space is at a premium. It supports partial-profile threading and is compatible with 55° profiles, enabling clean thread formation across common standards. The tool features two high-performance coated grades: BXC TiN for low cutting speeds on stainless steels, and BMK with a sub-micron, triple coating for enhanced heat resistance and smooth cutting across materials.
- Coating options for versatile performance: BXC TiN provides reliable cutting at low speeds on stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40) while BMK’s sub-micron, triple PVD coating delivers high heat resistance and consistently smooth cuts across a broad material range.
