The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact left‑hand threading bar designed for internal threads in tight bores. With a 6 mm minimum diameter and a 15 mm reach, it fits into small cavities where larger tools can’t access, making it ideal for miniature assemblies, automotive small-bore work, and precision machining. This partial-profile threading tool supports 60° MIL threads and is compatible with 55° profiles, offering flexibility across parts and materials. Minimum bore diameter capability is 1.2 mm (0.05 in), enabling precise work in very small openings.
- BMK-grade coating for maximum heat resistance: Sub-micron BMK grade with advanced PVD triple coating delivers extreme heat tolerance and smooth cutting for reliable performance across a wide range of materials.
- BXC TiN-coated grade for low cutting speeds: PVD TiN coating on the BXC grade provides consistent performance at lower speeds, especially effective with stainless steels and similar alloys.
- Compact left-hand design for tight bores: 6 mm minimum diameter with 15 mm reach and left-hand threading enables precise internal threading in confined spaces and hard-to-reach areas.
