The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact threading solution designed for micro-machining and tight spaces. With a 2.1 mm minimum tool diameter and an 8 mm reach, it delivers precise 60° partial-threading in small bores while maintaining control and rigidity.

It supports 60° partial threads and remains compatible with 55° profiles, expanding its versatility across projects. The minimum bore diameter it can thread is 1.2 mm (0.05 in). The tool family is available in two coating grades to suit different materials and speeds: BXC, a PVD TiN-coated grade for low cutting speeds that performs well on a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); and BMK, a sub-micron grade with a triple PVD coating (ISO K10-K20) delivering extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting for general-purpose use on all materials.
