The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact threading tool designed for tiny internal threads in hard-to-reach bores. It features a 6 mm minimum diameter and 15 mm reach, making it ideal for tight spaces and small-part assemblies.

This MIR-threading tool uses a 60° partial-profile geometry and is compatible with 55° thread profiles, offering flexible performance across common standards. It supports a minimum bore diameter of 1.2 mm (0.05 in) and is available in two coated grades: BXC, a PVD TiN-coated option optimized for low cutting speeds and cleaner cuts, and BMK, a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting. It’s well-suited for a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40) and general-purpose materials.
