Dormer Pramet R467 11.00 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 11.00 mm carbide drill is a high-performance cutting tool designed for demanding metals, including stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys. It features a stepped short shank (X3D) and a DIN 6537 K interface, paired with a 140° four‑facet split point to start holes quickly and accurately with minimal push force.

With a premium carbide core and a Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating, this drill delivers longer tool life and improved performance when drilling harder materials. The CTW flute design with integrated coolant feed provides added strength and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds, helping you achieve precise holes with an H9 tolerance.

• Self-centering 140° four-facet split point: Helps with self-centering and reduces the push force required to start cutting, delivering clean entry and accurate holes.
• TiAlN-coated premium carbide: Extends tool life and improves performance when drilling stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys.
• CTW flute design with coolant feed: Provides increased strength and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds for stable, efficient drilling.

Designed around an 11.00 mm diameter, this drill supports fast, reliable hole-making in stainless steel and other tough materials. The combination of TiAlN coating, CTW flute geometry, and a hardened carbide core delivers consistent hole quality, minimizes downtime, and helps your operations meet tight H9 tolerances with repeatable results. Ideal for professional shops, maintenance teams, and serious hobbyists seeking durable, accurate performance.
