Dormer Pramet R467 15.00 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 15.00 mm carbide drill is engineered for dependable holemaking in stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys. Its 140° four‑facet split point self-centers at entry, reducing push force and helping you start holes true from the first plunge. A TiAlN coating boosts wear resistance, extending tool life even under demanding cutting conditions, while the specialized flute design supports higher cutting speeds and feeds for faster production.

Designed for durability and precision, this short‑series drill uses premium carbide and a DIN 6537 K compatible stepped shank for secure toolholding. It is capable of delivering high‑quality, accurately sized holes, even at elevated speeds and feeds, while maintaining tight tolerances such as h9 hole precision.

• Self-centering 140° four‑facet point: Starts true with less effort, reduces wandering, and delivers cleaner, more accurate holes right from the start.
• TiAlN-coated premium carbide: Delivers longer tool life and consistent performance when drilling stainless steel and other hard alloys, with reduced wear and edge buildup.
• CTW flute design with coolant feed and DIN 6537 K stepped shank: Provides greater rigidity at high speeds, efficient chip evacuation, and secure, repeatable mounting in standard DIN 6537 K tooling for reliable, high‑quality hole output.

This combination of robust materials, thoughtful geometry, and compatible shank design translates into real-world value: faster, more predictable holemaking with fewer tool changes, improved hole quality at high speeds, and durability you can count on in busy workshops or demanding fabrication environments.
